At SIBD we are proudly looking back at a very challenging time where we supplied Project Management-Procurement- and HSEQ Services for the execution of the thermal insulation works to Beerenberg A/S. Since  2019 SIBD was instrumental in setting the pace for successful execution of the project in Thailand through initial contacts, partner selection, bidding, and tender process until the final completion. The MSF module was with 14,000 tons the largest ever built in Thailand and was completed by Aibel in a time frame of two years until the sail away.

A Quality Management System is an important tool to coordinate and direct all organisational activities to meet customer and regulatory requirements. The improvement of effectiveness and efficiency on a continuous basis are just a few outcomes of the process. A thoroughly implemented and maintained quality management system has the power to affect all aspects of an organisation’s performance.

SIBD supported our client through the entire process from interviewing and selecting the right Quality Management Representative through establishing all related and necessary policies, guiding the set up and training of the internal Audit committee, all the way to managing and observing all internal audits. The entire process commenced in April 2021 and was successfully completed with Stage 1 Audit in December 2021 and Stage 2 Audit in February 2022. Our client was successfully certified for ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015 and ISO 45001:2018.
